Dr. Eibl is responsible for the growth and development of technology, intellectual property and business strategy. Dr. Eibl holds a PhD in Biomolecular Sciences and he has conducted postdoctoral training in the field of bioengineering.
Dr. Kenny obtained his M.D. at the University of Toronto. He completed his residency and chief residency in general internal medicine at NYU-Langone Medical Center. He completed his fellowship in pulmonary & critical care medicine at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Kenny is also the founder of Heart-Lung.org (a critical medical education website), and he is the Senior Contributing Editor for PulmCCM. Dr. Kenny will lead clinical evaluation, functionality and 510K certification of technology for approval by the Food and Drug Administration.

Mr. Andrew Eibl holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa, and is currently pursuing the Canadian Human Resources Professional Designation. Mr. Eibl has over 7 years of experience in healthcare data analytics, human resources, project management, and business development. Previously, he managed a Human Resource Information System with over 2000 employees, and was a Data Specialist for health case costing at Health Sciences North.
Mr. Sachit Harish is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with a strong background in start-up financing and growth. He previously spent over 5 years auditing a wide range of real estate, high-tech, manufacturing and private corporations at Deloitte LLP. More recently, he has worked in companies ranging from large high-tech corporations, to residential home-builders, in addition to assisting with the startup and growth of a cryptocurrency company.

Paul Magnin spent 17 years as a key contributor to Hewlett-Packard’s Ultrasound Imaging business, and he is credited with inventing color flow Doppler imaging. He was the R&D Manager of Hewlett-Packard’s Imaging Systems business from 1992 through 1995 and General Manager from 1996 through 1998. From 1999 through 2003, Dr. Magnin was the President and CEO of LightLab Imaging.

Stuart Foster is currently a senior scientist at Sunnybrook Research Institute and Professor and Canada Research Chair in Ultrasound Imaging, Department of Medical Biophysics at the University of Toronto. Stuart is a fellow of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and IEEE. He is the founder and former Chairman of VisualSonics Inc. and co-founder of the Mouse Imaging Centre (MICe) now at the Toronto Centre for Phenogenomics.

Mr. Lamb is co-Founder and Managing Director of Genesys Capital. Since co-founding Genesys Capital in 2000, Mr. Lamb has been instrumental in raising over $300 million in venture capital funds, and has been involved in deploying over $160 million across 29 investments. He currently serves on the Boards of Affinium Pharmaceuticals Inc., Fusion Pharmaceuticals, Profound Medical Inc. (TSX: PRN) and the Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization at McMaster University.
Sam has over 20 years of entrepreneurial, technology and venture capital experience. As Managing Partner of the iGan Partners team, he is involved in the evaluation, structuring, execution, and monitoring of iGan’s investments. Sam has been extensively involved with several companies, often serving as CEO, particularly in the early stages of each company’s development. Prior to founding iGan Partners, he co-founded several companies including Visualsonics, Tri-Link Technologies and Brighter Minds.

Dr Marik received his medical degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He was an ICU attending at Baragwanath Hospital, in Soweto, South Africa. During this time he obtained a Master of Medicine Degree, Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacology, Diploma in Anesthesia as well as a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene. Dr Marik did a Critical Care Fellowship in London, Ontario, Canada, during which time he was admitted as a Fellow to the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeon of Canada.

Xavier Monnet is Professor of Intensive Care at the Paris-Sud University. He works in the Medical Intensive Care Unit of the Bicêtre Hospital (Paris-Sud University Hospitals). Dr Monnet completed his medical studies at the Paris-6 Medical School and he earned his medical degree in 2000, with specialty in Cardiology and Intensive Care Medicine. In 2004, he obtained his PhD from the Paris-Sud University.

Jean-Louis Teboul, MD, PhD is Professor of Therapeutics and Critical Care Medicine, at the University Paris-South in France. He exerts his clinical activity at the Medical ICU of the Bicêtre University Hospital (Assistance-Publique Hôpitaux de Paris). His research interests are the following: heart-lung interactions, cardiovascular performance, regional blood flow assessment, tissue oxygenation, haemodynamic monitoring, and assessment of volume status in critically ill patients
